Donaldson's 'evil' sex crimes condemned by Irish premier

Ireland's premier Micheál Martin described the child sex crimes of former DUP leader Jeffrey Donaldson as 'evil and horrific'. A jury at Newry Crown Court on Monday found Donaldson, 63, guilty of 18 offences, including rape, against two women who were children at the time. He is now on remand in Maghaberry Prison and faces a lengthy sentence, with his wife also found to have aided his offending.
