ADB warns Asia growth to slow in 2026
Slower growth and rising prices could affect jobs and costs across the region. The Asian Development Bank said on April 10 that economic expansion in Asia is likely to weaken even if oil prices stabilise, as the Middle East conflict disrupts trade and energy markets. It warned growth could ease to 4.7% in 2026 from 5.4% last year.
