44% of Somerset Patients Can't Find NHS Dentist
Patients in England are removing their own teeth because they cannot find NHS dental care. The British Dental Association warns access is worsening as dentists leave the NHS, impacting rural and coastal areas significantly. A survey suggests 44 per cent of Somerset patients could not book an appointment over the past two years, making it the worst affected region.
