IEA unleashes record 411.9 mn barrels of emergency oil to cool prices amid Iran war
Global oil markets will soon gain emergency supplies to help stabilise the flow. The International Energy Agency (IEA) announced on Sunday that its member countries committed to making 411.9 million barrels available. Of this, 271.7 million barrels are from government stocks, with 72% being crude oil. Asia Oceania stocks are ready now, while Europe and the Americas' supplies arrive at March's end.
