Tottenham in talks for Savinho after £70m approach

Tottenham has started formal talks with Manchester City to sign Brazilian winger Savinho, who they tried to get for £70 million last year. City is seeking approximately £60 million for the 22-year-old player, whose prominence has declined under manager Pep Guardiola. Last year, City's chief executive, Ferran Soriano, turned down a £70 million bid from Spurs for Savinho.
