Diet linked to 2.5 years slower brain ageing
Eating specific vegetables, berries, and nuts may lead to slower brain ageing and reduced grey matter shrinkage. A study followed 1,647 people, aged around 60, for 12 years, looking at their diet and brain changes. Those adhering to this specific diet showed a reduction in age-related decline by one fifth.
