Passenger dies after being restrained on Jet2 flight

A man on a Jet2 flight from Cyprus to Manchester died on Tuesday after being restrained by fellow passengers and cabin crew. Police said Callum Kerr, 35, was being "disruptive and aggressive" and had allegedly assaulted another customer and a staff member. Officers detained him with handcuffs on landing, but he became unresponsive and died later in hospital, leading to an investigation by Greater Manchester Police and the IOPC, the police watchdog.
