200 People Arrested in Merseyside Drug Gang Raids
Significant quantities of illegal drugs and weapons have been taken off the streets, disrupting organised crime groups. Merseyside Police conducted a week-long operation, Project Medusa, detaining over 200 suspects involved in county lines networks. Officers confiscated over 18 kilograms of various drugs, £42,000 cash, and 35 weapons like daggers and handguns.
