UK woman's Atlantic record: 14,000 feet, open basket.

A British adventurer just made history, becoming the first woman from the UK to cross the Atlantic in a hydrogen balloon. Alicia Hempleman-Adams, 36, and her team launched from Maine on Thursday, landing in Luxembourg on Sunday after 70 hours. They flew 5,282 kilometres in an open basket at 14,000 feet, exposed to cold conditions.
