Kasha Sanderson jailed 9 years for smuggling 13 guns and heroin

Kasha Sanderson, 40, from Bristol, was sentenced to nine years in prison at Canterbury Crown Court after smuggling 13 military-grade firearms, 289 rounds of ammunition, and 5kg of heroin into the UK. She was stopped at Dover Eastern Docks in February last year after arriving on a ferry from Calais. Border Force officers found the weapons in hidden compartments in her car's footwells. The heroin had an estimated street value of around £500,000.
