Andy Burnham's Wales article called 'error-filled' by news site

WalesOnline reports that an article supplied by Labour MP Andy Burnham's team for publication bore resemblances to essays intended for London and Scotland, with only the place names altered. The Welsh news site initially refused to publish it without a disclaimer because it was confused about where power lies in Wales. Plaid Cymru MS Carrie Harper described the piece as an "opinion piece" that had been copied and pasted.
