London councils 'dump' families far from home

Vulnerable families, including women fleeing abuse, are being illegally sent far from London by councils. Charities say this is 'inhumane', and London has forced out twice as many homeless people in the last two years. A woman won a court case against Ealing council, which offered her a home 250 miles away.
