Reading groups make life easier for dementia patients
People living with dementia can find their lives better, with improved mood and social engagement, through shared reading. Research by Queen's University Belfast academics and Dementia NI suggests these groups offer significant enjoyment. Participant Paul McCooey, from Belfast, said expressing himself in a group "makes life easier" for him.
