UK to Sell Plug-In Solar in Shops Soon
The UK government announced plans to make plug-in solar panels available in shops within months. The compact panels require no professional installation and feed power into homes via a standard socket. Retailers including Lidl and Amazon are working with the government on the rollout. The majority of new homes in England will also include solar panels and heat pumps under the new Future Homes Standard.
