Red Cross warns against threats to civilian infrastructure
The International Committee of the Red Cross said on Monday that threats against civilian infrastructure 'must not become the new norm in warfare.' President Mirjana Spoljaric did not name Trump directly but issued the statement after his repeated threats to hit Iran's power plants and bridges. Iran has also targeted energy facilities and other infrastructure across the Gulf.
