Glasgow Central Fire Cancels Many Train Services
Travellers face widespread disruption and service cancellations at Glasgow Central station due to a significant fire. The fire began in a retail outlet on Union Street on Sunday afternoon, causing a building collapse and forcing ScotRail to cancel all services on Monday. Other operators, including Avanti West Coast and TransPennine Express, also advised against travel or cancelled their Monday routes from Glasgow Central.
