Curtice tells BBC Reform are in poll position
Elections expert Sir John Curtice told the BBC there was a clear broad picture from the overnight results, with Reform in poll position across England. Curtice said the Reform vote was relatively evenly spread, while Conservative and Labour seat losses were towards the worse end of what they expected. Counting continues today across the remaining 90 English councils.
