London restaurant owner fined £45k over illegal worker
A London restaurant owner faces losing his licence after being hit with a £45,000 fine. Immigration officers found an illegal worker at Sadaf Restaurant in Bayswater during a raid in April 2025. Owner Dilman Ismail Mahmoud told a council sub-committee on Thursday it was an 'inadvertent error'.
