Kentucky woman refuses 33 million dollars for farm
Technology businesses are offering vast sums to buy American agricultural sites for new computing facilities. Last May, eighty-two-year-old Ida Huddleston rejected a thirty-three million dollar contract for her massive Kentucky estate. At least five nearby property owners also declined these corporate propositions, choosing to preserve their personal history and local environment. Industry experts project that forty thousand acres of prepared real estate will be necessary worldwide during the next half-decade.
