Putin says Ukraine war may soon finish

Peace talks could gain pace after Vladimir Putin said he believes fighting in Ukraine is nearing its end. Speaking on Saturday after Moscow's reduced Victory Day parade, the Russian president said he was open to discussing European security arrangements and did not rule out future contact with Volodymyr Zelensky.
