Ukraine drones hit Ryazan oil refinery, fire starts

A significant fire erupted at a Russian oil refinery after Ukrainian drone attacks. Ukraine's drone forces commander, Robert Brovdi, confirmed his troops struck the Ryazan oil refinery on Friday, 120 miles southeast of Moscow. This operation came after three days of massive Russian strikes, including a missile hitting a Kyiv apartment block, killing 24 people.
