Prince Andrew made money sub-letting royal cottages

Prince Andrew was getting rental income by sub-letting three cottages on his Royal Lodge estate to staff and retired workers. A new watchdog report shows he kept all the money rather than it going back to the Treasury like it normally would. The King also pays rent for Princess Eugenie and Beatrice's palace flats even though they're not working royals.
