$800m damage from Iran strikes hits US bases
US military operations in the Middle East faced substantial financial costs from recent strikes, with damage higher than previously reported. Iranian forces inflicted approximately $800m in damage to bases used by America during the war's initial two weeks, according to a new analysis. This includes an estimated $485m loss to a Thaad radar system in Jordan and a further $310m to other infrastructure.
