Israel kills three in Gaza, warns against border kites

Three Palestinians, one of whom was a four-year-old child, died in central Gaza on Sunday after an Israeli air strike. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has threatened targeted strikes against anyone launching kites or balloons from Gaza. On Monday, Israel's defence minister, Israel Katz, stated that these would be regarded as drone-level security threats, even though military inspections found no explosives.
