London paramedics add 400 crews for heatwave calls

London Ambulance Service has put over 400 extra crews on the road this week as temperatures are expected to reach the high 30s. They're seeing more people fainting, struggling to breathe, and becoming unwell in the heat. Officials are urging people to stay hydrated and only call 999 in life-threatening emergencies.
