UK weather brings cooler grey day after warm spell
Britain's run of unusually warm spring weather has paused for a cooler, cloudier Tuesday. The Met Office says most of the UK starts grey with patchy drizzle, before skies brighten from the east through the afternoon with sunny spells widely. Highs reach 18°C in London, 16°C in Bristol and 13°C in the North East, with a chilly easterly breeze making it feel several degrees fresher.
