280,000 US users report problems with YouTube
Google's video platform experienced a worldwide failure, affecting the main site and TV services. Data from Downdetector showed more than 280,000 complaints in the United States and 30,000 in the UK. The company stated that a fault with the recommendations tool stopped content from loading on homepages. While most features have returned, engineers are still repairing login issues for some accounts.
