Teenage Boy Raped in Paisley Town Centre as Police Hunt Suspect
Police Scotland have launched a manhunt after a teenage boy was raped in Meetinghouse Lane, near Gilmour Street station in Paisley town centre, at approximately 8:15pm on Tuesday evening. The suspect is described as a white male around 30 years old, with long brown hair, wearing a black gilet and grey jogging bottoms. Detective Inspector David Hardie described the attack as terrifying and appealed for anyone in the County Square area around 8pm to come forward. Anyone with information should call 101 quoting reference 3664.
