Police Seize £2 Million Gold Haul in Major Money-Laundering Investigation

Greater Manchester Police have arrested two men after uncovering what is believed to be a record haul of gold and jewellery worth around £2 million. Officers found seven gold bars worth £700,000 in a vehicle at Manchester Airport, leading to further discoveries of cash, jewellery and gold during property searches in Bradford. The men, aged 45 and 49, were detained on suspicion of money laundering and remain in custody as investigations continue.
