US envoys going to Pakistan, Iran won't talk

Direct peace talks between the US and Iran appear unlikely, despite American envoys travelling to Pakistan for discussions. US special envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner are heading to Islamabad on Saturday, following an an extended two-week ceasefire. Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi arrived Friday but plans no direct meeting with US officials, stating he is only there for bilateral talks with Pakistan.
