Somaliland opens Jerusalem embassy after Israel recognition

This controversial move comes six months after Israel first recognised Somaliland as independent. Somaliland's President Abdirahman Mohamed Abdullahi opened the mission during his visit, but Somalia called it a "violation of its sovereignty". Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu praised the decision, while most foreign embassies are in Tel Aviv.
