Hampshire police stop black people five times more

Hampshire police are accused of anti-white bias, as officers stop black people over five times more often than white people. The force faces these claims after officers handcuffed and arrested 18-year-old Henry Nowak as he lay dying in Southampton. The force's chief constable has since apologised to Nowak's family for his appalling treatment at the scene.
