Zelenskyy denies Russian drone attack claims as lies
Following discussions with Trump, President Zelenskyy has refuted Russia's accusation of a Ukrainian drone strike targeting Putin's Novgorod home. Moscow alleges 91 drones were involved. Foreign Minister Lavrov stated Russia would reconsider peace talks and suggested retaliation. Zelenskyy believes Russia is deliberately jeopardising peace negotiations. He said this follows progress with the US on a 15-year security guarantee framework. The Mar-a-Lago meeting saw both Zelenskyy and Trump claim they were nearing a peace agreement.
