Starmer appoints Victoria Buhler, advised £85bn in deals.
Prime Minister Keir Starmer has appointed senior banker Victoria Buhler as Deputy Adviser on Business, Investment and Trade, strengthening Downing Street’s economic team. Buhler, a former partner at boutique investment bank Robey Warshaw, has advised on major corporate transactions valued at around £85 billion since 2015. She will work alongside Hannah Bronwin, newly named Expert Adviser on Energy and Net Zero. Buhler previously held roles at Boston Consulting Group and studied at Yale and Cambridge.
