UK Watchdog Fines Bank of London £2 Million
The Prudential Regulation Authority fined the Bank of London and its parent, Oplyse Holdings Limited, £2 million for misleading the regulator over capital positions, failing to act with integrity and failing to maintain adequate financial resources. The PRA described this as its first ever action against a firm for failing to act with integrity.
