Ex-BBC presenter jailed again for sex offender breach

A former BBC presenter is back in prison for failing to follow rules designed to protect children. Peter Rowell, 67, admitted breaching his sex offender notification requirements, which included being near a child and not telling police about his whereabouts. He received a 29-week jail sentence, over a decade after his original conviction for sexually abusing teenage girls.
