Clinton's Epstein testimony: Why Trump might be next.
Former US President Bill Clinton spent more than six hours behind closed doors on 27 February answering questions under oath before the House Oversight Committee as part of its investigation into Jeffrey Epstein, in Chappaqua, New York. In his opening statement, Clinton said he had only a brief acquaintance with Epstein that ended years before Epstein's crimes came to light. His wife Hillary Clinton had testified the day before, telling reporters she never met Epstein. The top Democrat on the panel called for President Trump to testify next, describing Clinton's deposition as setting a new precedent.
