Oracle plans $50 billion capital raise in 2026 for cloud expansion
Oracle announced plans to raise between $45 billion and $50 billion in 2026 to support expansion of its Oracle Cloud Infrastructure business. The company will use a balanced mix of equity and debt, including a newly authorized at-the-market equity program of up to $20 billion and a single investment-grade bond issuance led by Goldman Sachs. This capital is intended to help build cloud capacity to meet contracted demand from major tech customers.
