Iran warns of new cards on the battlefield before deadline
Tehran is raising the stakes less than two days before the ceasefire with Washington runs out. Iranian parliament speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said on Tuesday that Iran had prepared to reveal new cards on the battlefield over the past two weeks, without elaborating. He accused Donald Trump of trying to turn talks into a table of surrender. The current ceasefire expires Wednesday evening Washington time.
