Two admit £39m TfL cyber-attack
The 2024 cyber-attack cost Transport for London £39 million and affected millions of customers. Thalha Jubair, aged 20, and Owen Flowers, aged 18, admitted their involvement in the data theft and payment disruption on Monday. Both individuals were connected to the cybercriminal organization known as Scattered Spider, which is believed to have pilfered 10 million customer data records.
