Foreigners told to leave Kyiv as Russia threatens strikes
Foreign nationals and diplomats are urged to leave Kyiv quickly, as Russia threatens new "systematic strikes" on the capital. Russia's foreign ministry stated these attacks would target decision-making centres and drone facilities, following large strikes on Saturday. Those earlier attacks killed four people and injured around 100 in Kyiv, with Moscow claiming retaliation for a Friday dormitory strike.
