Smaller firms could get back only part of what they're owed if the rescue goes ahead, while some contracts may receive no repayment at all. Creditors will vote on a restructuring proposal for the former WH Smith high street chain, now called TG Jones, after owner Modella Capital backed the business with £35m. Help for Heroes is among the affected suppliers, and the retailer runs 450 shops.
