Campervan bans worry UK tourism group
Local shops and tourism could lose trade if overnight campervan stops are blocked, a motorhome group has warned. Several councils are testing or planning bans after complaints about parking, litter and poor behaviour, while Campra says better stopping areas would work instead. In a survey of 6,731 owners, 88% said overnight parking options across the UK were not good enough.
