FTSE 100 holds steady as traders wait on Iran talks
UK investors spent Tuesday watching the clock in Islamabad and Washington. The FTSE 100 was little changed, edging around 10,609 points after Monday's 0.6% drop, with utilities SSE and Centrica leading gains. Associated British Foods was the biggest faller, down more than 4% after the Primark spin-off news. UK unemployment data and cautious optimism about Iran talks steadied sentiment ahead of the ceasefire deadline.
