GTA 6 could make $1 billion in first hour of preorders
GTA VI could generate more than $1 billion in revenue within the first hour of preorders going live, industry analyst Tom Henderson has predicted. Speaking on the Insider Gaming podcast, Henderson said the game would match in one hour what GTA V took three days to earn, which would mean selling roughly 12 to 14 million copies in 60 minutes.
