London Tube drivers begin six strike days
London Underground passengers will experience significant travel disruption across several months due to planned industrial action. Drivers from the RMT union, representing nearly half of Tube operators, are striking over a proposed four-day working week. The first 24-hour walkout begins at midday on Tuesday 21 April, causing Piccadilly and Circle lines to close completely.
