Trump demands unconditional surrender from Iran
President Donald Trump stated there would be no deal to end the U.S. war against Iran without its unconditional surrender. Trump posted on Truth Social that new leaders would be selected, and the U.S. would help rebuild Iran's economy. Iran's President Masoud Pezeshkian rejected this demand, calling it a "dream" they should "take to their grave". White House spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt indicated military operations are expected to last four to six weeks.
