US, Iran sign deal, nuclear weapons still a worry
The initial agreement between the US and Iran is a step towards ending their war, but it leaves major nuclear weapon concerns unresolved. US President Donald Trump and Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian separately signed the document, setting a 60-day negotiation framework. While Trump claims it stops Iran from getting nuclear weapons, the agreement's text doesn't actually guarantee this.
