Israeli drone kills Red Cross paramedic in Lebanon

An Israeli drone strike in the southern Lebanese town of Beit Yahoun killed a Red Cross paramedic and injured another emergency worker on Sunday night, Lebanon's health ministry confirmed. The Lebanese Red Cross said their workers came under 'direct targeting' and identified the dead paramedic as Hassan Bedawi. The attack drew condemnation from humanitarian organisations already struggling to operate in southern Lebanon.
