Rubio says US-Iran talks aim only for framework not deal
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on Tuesday that current negotiations with Iran are focused on agreeing a framework for further discussions on Tehran's nuclear programme, not a final agreement. Rubio said the talks are highly complex and need not be wrapped up in a single document. He also said Project Freedom was launched to rescue around 23,000 trapped sailors, with at least 10 already dead.
